If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free. so long as:

1. All purchases can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.

Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

RETURNS THE GOODS
Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through the local post office.

REFUND OR EXCHANGED
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Order cancellation

Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. Return and exchange shipping charges are not included in non-U.S. areas.We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
